Steve Retter, the financier knows his business, is very fast and thorough yet he's patient and understanding. Sonny Rosete, the Manager is funny and professional, they ALL are! Military family lied to This is a review on Sonny Rosete the manager and Tony Gracia. Sonny is a crook watch out. I can't believe how crooked he is. We are a military family This is a review on Sonny Rosete the manager and Tony Gracia. Sonny is a crook watch out. I can't believe how crooked he is. We are a military family and My husband and I purchase a 2014 rav 4 with 53000 miles at the tent sale at MSJC and I was told by Sonny $18000 out the door and I put $7000 down. ( which we worked hard to save.) When I got my loan paper work back I found out they charged me over $27000. I went by the dealership to speak to him and to see if it could be straightened out, but he just lied and said he didn't offer me that price and he knew he did I just can't believe how dishonest they are and what can I do about it probably nothing I didn't take time to look over my paperwork, and it's a lesson learned I never thought someone could be this dishonest. They lie and cheat and steal and still go on with their day. I have to deal with my mistake and trusting them. I just wanted to post this so it doesn't happen to anyone else. Just be careful.
