TO BE AVOIDED Drove for 2 hours to buy a Highlander- confirmed still available- arrived- couldn't find it? Waited I hour- found it- at someone's house- no keys- found keys- coming in 15, no arrive, finally left- called back, still not there- 30 minutes later arrived- car obviously not ready for resale. When I sought out Manager he only cared that he was going on vacation 2 hours later! Did not appreciate this cat and mouse game, obviously they could care less about Customers- WORST experience ever. If they are like this before you buy the car I DREAD to think how they'd care afterwards!! These individuals should not be selling cars, they make all the decent, hardworking salesmen look really bad. More
