I had a fantastic experience with Toyota of Greenwich. I had already purchased a Toyota Highlander Hybrid from another dealership 7 weeks prior. Over the phone, we arranged the sale including the trade-in of my current car. The next day, I drove an hour to Toyota of Greenwich and drove away with my new Toyota Highlander Hybrid. The first time I came in as a walk-in. Although I'd read a lot of information about the Prius and it's rivals on line I needed to see the different models physically. I came back two weeks later this time with an appointment and was able to trade in my car and drive out with a new 2013 car the same afternoon. The Toyota financing rate was a better deal than my credit union's and the service was great. The salesperson even assisted me by showing me certain features of the car and I know that she stayed beyond her regular work day that day to ensure everything was completed. More
