When living in Greenwich, we had nothing but excellent, responsive service and with such a positive, helpful attitude. We recently moved away to Florida and needed help down here with a matter pertaining responsive service and with such a positive, helpful attitude. The dealership in Winter Park, Courtesy Toyota was completely unhelpful and intended to charge us large and unnecessary fees. When I called David Sullivan at Toyota of Greenwich, he and Tony Mumtaz jumped right in and helped in every way. I stopped by to order a part for toyota venza (they don't take orders over the phone or on their website). Not a good experience. Lenny was great, very helpful and nice. But when we spoke to his boss, not sure his name, then everything went downhill.
