I took my car to a local gas station for a yearly inspection sticker. They told me that my coolant was leaking and that I would have to have my water pump replaced on my 2008 Highlander. I immediat inspection sticker. They told me that my coolant was leaking and that I would have to have my water pump replaced on my 2008 Highlander. I immediately called Toyota of Greenwich and spoke to Jay to ask how I could verify whether the leak was indeed for real. He explained that I should look for pink liquid under the hood. There was none but the station owner showed me the underbelly of the car where there was some pink liquid. Jay(at Toyota of Greenwich) had recommended that I take the car to the dealership and they would check it out. They did and there was no abnormal leaking- it was a weep hole. There was no charge for this at the dealership and they saved us $600-$700. Thank you, Jay. More

We had a great experience working with Brian Ostaszewski and Tony Mumtaz at Toyota of Greenwich. We had in mind to buy a Prius V with certain options, the Prius at the dealership had some options that we w and Tony Mumtaz at Toyota of Greenwich. We had in mind to buy a Prius V with certain options, the Prius at the dealership had some options that we were not necessarily looking for but Brian and Tony worked with us to make it happen. They were both very upfront about the numbers, and while there were some negotiations over the final price, we were quickly able to come to an agreement. We were very satisfied with the entire process including paperwork and vehicle pickup. After we picked up the car, I had some questions about the satellite radio which Brian quickly resolved. We also had in the first few days an issue with controlling all 4 windows from the driver's seat, but the Service Department was able to correct this before we were to take the car on a long road trip. I expect to continue using the Service Department for maintaining the Prius. More

David was able to get the exact Sienna model and color we wanted and they had the best price. No hassle, no problems, just a great salesman and dealership to work with. More
I found everyone at Toytota of Greenwich to be very helpful and not in the least bit pushy. We wanted a particular color and although Dave wasn't able to find it right away, and we gave him our second helpful and not in the least bit pushy. My wife and I have had a long-standing purchase and after-sales service relationship with Toyota of Greenwich, Cos Cob, CT for more than 20 years. We have had multiple outstanding new vehicle purchase experiences with Len Cymerman (sales representative) as well as Tom and Clint Steen ( Owners and General Managers). We have found their new vehicle pricing, including their used vehicle trade-in allowances, to be more than fair and competitive time after time when compared to other Toyota dealerships in our area. Their Service Manager, Matt Bocchino, and his Assistant Service Managers, Bill Wright and Jay OConnell, are extremely knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with, and accommodative when scheduling our various vehicle service needs. Jared Greenwald is truly a Master Diagnostic Technician and can diagnose and perform the most complex repairs as well as explain these vehicle service issues at a level that all of his customers can understand. The quality of the Toyota Land Cruisers and the Highlander Hybrids speak for themselves and have proven themselves to us to be worthy of their reputations for ease of driving and handling, vehicle service longevity, mechanical prowess and safety features. We still have a 1995 Toyota Land Cruiser that we have entrusted to their service department since we bought it there. We just love it. While we have multiple Toyota dealership choices available to us in our geographic vicinity as well as other high-end vehicle brands, we keep coming back to Toyota of Greenwich for the reasons cited above. The performance of our Toyota vehicles, the members of this dealership and their service department have earned our trust and loyalty.
