I checked Internet and found the car I was interested in. I visited the dealership for 30 minutes. The rep presented the car to me. I asked a few specific questions about the car that required some time to check. I asked the rep to get my trade-in car information and estimate it's value. We decided we get together in 2 hours. By the time I got back the rep prepared the answers on my questions. The manager took my car for a ride and gave me a reasonable offer. After another 10-15 minutes of quick negotiation we made the deal and I got the car the following day. I drive the car for about a month without any problem so far. I hope it will continue running as was promised. More
I went to Toyota of Greenwich looking for a used Toyota Rav4 or Highlander. The staff at this dealership made me feel very comfortable during my buying experience. They allowed to explore all my options of car brands, leasing verse buying and the different years/extras on various cars. The dealership was clean and had a friendly vibe to it. They seemed to put the customer's needed above all else. I did not feel pressured in an manner. They provided me with pros and cons to all my options in order for me to make an educated decision. I would highly recommend this dealership to any car buyer/leaser who is looking for a quality purchase. More

Dave Sullivan and Chris Durkin were great and had answers to all my questions about the FJ Cruiser I purchased. My coworker bought a RAV 4 here and came to work after the holidays. I loved the way it looked. I postponed my purchase of a new car last year because just like anyone else, I have enough expenses to the holidays. I loved the way it looked. I postponed my purchase of a new car last year because just like anyone else, I have enough expenses to commit to a car loan. Over the holidays, I had to spend a lot of money fixing my 8-year-old car. It was very weak when snowed. I had to quickly change my mind to buy myself a car that was more reliable. Keith Olsen greeted me, when we walked in for the first time. I was not sure if I really wanted to replace my old car with RAV 4, but I wanted to first test drive it and discuss the features. I liked the way it drove (especially when I applied the brake rather suddenly). Keith was not pushy at all. He knew that I was still looking around, because I also thought I should check Honda CR-V or Subaru. I wanted an AWD vehicle. The second time I visited, Keith had someone look at my old car. It was hit by another car, so the value was next to nothing, but with it, he calculated the price of the car. Even at this point, he did not attempt to twist my arms or anything - he spoke to me honestly and sincerely about the RAV 4 that I was interested. I decided to buy it. I picked up my RAV 4 the next day. My son and I are very happy with the RAV 4. It is roomier and is also stylish. It handled the icy hill two days ago at ease. I could not have done the same with my old car. I told the same story to Keith, and he was very happy to learn that I was satisfied with my purchase. It seems that he is always honest with me. He is also willing to offer any assistance if needed. I know that I can call him when I come up a question about the RAV 4. Thank you, Keith, and his team at Toyota of Greenwich. More
Our experience at Toyota of Greenwich was outstanding. Dave was friendly and made himself available to us without being pushy. We came in at the end of our lease on different car brand. We wanted to look at the Highlander for its family friendly and roomy interior, but we loved out old car and weren't sure we wanted to switch. Dave helped point out some of the great features that ended up really pushing us to go for it. The optional third row and the removable middle seat are great. But the mirror on the sunglasses holder, the extra room for cups, the automatic tailgate - those ares one of the details that really pushed us over the edge and got us into our new Highlander. Everyone at Toyota of Greenwich was helpful and friendly. They weren't overly aggressive in their sales, which made us want to come back and get the deal done. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
