Great Team I was looking for a used car as my 2004 Toyota Prius was totaled in an accident . I got on Cars.com and saw a 2007 Prius with 55K for a great price. I was looking for a used car as my 2004 Toyota Prius was totaled in an accident . I got on Cars.com and saw a 2007 Prius with 55K for a great price. I called the dealership and spoke with Shani Buster. I told her that I was extremely interested in the car. She suggested that I put down a deposit if I really liked the car, I did. Shani had left for the day by the time I got to the dealership, but Andrea took me on a test drive. She told me that she had someone else that was coming the next day to test drive the car. Too bad for him, thanks to Shani I had already put down a deposit and I got the car. I found everyone friendly and helpful in the dealership, they are a great team that worked together to makes buying a car an exceptional experience for the first time in my life. Thanks again guys! Painless Purchase Recently leased a new Highlander from this dealership. Went in to sign the paperwork and everything was as expected, and we were in and out with our new car within an hour. We worked with Joe who was extremely knowledgeable about Toyotas - and cars in general. We told him what we were looking for, and he delivered. No pressure, no xx. He also spent a significant amount of time teaching us how to set up all of the tech, etc, even after the dealership was technically closed. They seem to be very dedicated and loyal towards their customers. Would definitely buy from these guys again. More

Amazing! No Hassle No Pressure Great Deal. I have bought fifteen cars over thirty years or so. BMW for the last ten of them. I can safely say this was the best buying experience I have ever had. I walked in and was greeted and introduce to Chris my sales man. I told him what I was looking for in a Tundra. Within twenty minutes I was done! My Tundra was located, deposit down and I had time to meet Terry in finance and the GM Vince. I had done my research on the best price. Without disclosing that number Chris and Terry beat it by $1,000. No sales man running back and forth haggling and wasting time. 1, 2, 3 done. I had been approved for 3.25% financing. Terry got it down to .9% that's point 9! As soon as my truck was on the lot I got a text with a photo of the Tundra. Delivery was the fastest I have every experienced. I walked in and started signing the paperwork and thirty minutes later I was pulling out of the lot in my new Tundra. I told Chris all I needed for delivery was to have the keys thrown at me! Chris came pretty close and paired my phone to the truck gave me the highlights of the truck and I was on my way. Thank you Toyota of Greenwich. More

They didn t have the exact color but they found one for us that we liked. Everything went smoothly- although delivery was interrupted by a snow event. When we went to pick up the car and sign the papers we were informed that we were entitled to a loyalty credit . Now was nt that a nice surprise !!! More
