Dave was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the car I was interested in, as well as others that he thought I might be interested in. Paperwork is always a bit of a bore, but Dave and Terry made it as easy as possible and I was out rather quickly. Unlike one dealership I actually live closer to, Toyota of Greenwich isn't looking to recommend a maintenance or service that isn't needed just to meet a quota; they genuinely evaluate the situation and recommend what's best for the customer. That is why, when I was ready to purchase a new car, I took my business here. And it was the right choice.
