Sales good, service needs maintenance I recently brought my truck in to the service department where it has been maintained since I bought the truck in 2007. Although they have seen this vehicle often, only now did they tell me the frame was rotten and I had several oil leaks. In my opinion, they should have noticed this rot much sooner instead of leaving me with a car that isn't road worthy. The sales dept contacted me, and in buying a new truck, I found Dave Sullivan and Bob Federico to be knowledgable, helpful, understanding, and friendly. I was a little gun-shy of buying another Toyota, I have come away very happy with my choice of trucks and the treatment I received from the sales dept. More

I found this to be the most professional Toyota repair shop around. Today I was very happy with The customer service experience. Julio explained everything to me thoroughly and expediently resolved the issues. I was fortunate to be able to have a Wi-Fi connection so I could work while waiting for my car to be repaired. As well a loaner car has been arranged for next day follow up work. By the way some of this work is being covered by the Toyota warranty which is much appreciated. Definitely Greenwich Toyota repair shop is one that I highly recommend. More
