I called earlier this morning to try and have a headlight of my Highlander fixed during my 1 hour lunch break and was told they would so I brought my car in at noon and it was fixed as promised within an hour. I was able to have coffee and check my emails while I waited and went straight back to work. Thank you very much for a wonderful service!! More

Don’t talk down to your customers sir! All in all I’m only moderately with Toyota of Greenwich Service Dept. However, after having JUST purchased my Prius on Saturday and discovering 2 12v All in all I’m only moderately with Toyota of Greenwich Service Dept. However, after having JUST purchased my Prius on Saturday and discovering 2 12v outlets as not working, a non functional USB port AND a navigation system not working correctly, I was a little underwhelmed. When I brought it back to be checked out, I was basically told that I just didn’t know how to operate the system and needed to be “shown again”. Of course, I was pleased as punch when the techs had to replace the entire nav head!! When I picked up the car, rental transfer went smoothly, but I was again told that I was at fault and didn’t use a proper jack. I’m sorry, but if FOUR different jacks don’t work in EITHER outlet and THREE charging cables don’t work in the USB, the fault is NOT with the operator. I was at the dealer early enough to witness how cars are driven around the lot by the techs and I wouldn’t want a nice shiny car manhandled this way, any day of the week. I specifically walked around my car to check for any scratches. The way they stand on brakes is criminal. I saw one flying in and slamming on the brakes and then speeding back out narrowly missing scraping one of their own signs! When I jumped back into my vehicle, I saw the low battery light flashing on the dash and No Key Detected. I walked right back in and was told “Oh yeah, a new battery will cost you about $10”. I JUST bought the FOUR days ago!! WHY wasn’t this taken care of! And better yet, this tech pulled my vehicle out of the lot and prepared to hand it back to me WITH A PROBLEM!! In the end I received a complimentary battery. Good times. But the minor disappointments add up. Renting a vehicle was smooth as was returning it. Theresa was professional and friendly! Five stars for the rental counter!! More
