One note for the management to contemplate: you might consider monitoring the TV content in the waiting room. As you may know some of the network programming these days is quite politically charged and may offend some customers. More

Never tightened lug nuts after service..all we’re hand loose Service advisor process worked well...I got the car back yesterday and traveled 250 miles today to find one lug but missing and all others were loose.
