If there was any notable difference, it was that I was introduced to more of the staff! Julio (Zallo) represents the Toyota of Greenwich in an exemplary manner! He provided the perfect combination of professionalism and humanism. At one point, Julio politely interrupted my intake to assist an elderly customer exiting the service area. I am not easily impressed. But, I could easily tell that this was his genuine nature; nothing pretentious in this act. In conclusion, My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. The work performed during my visit was thoroughly explained. And, all questions were answered before I could ask them. That usually doesn't happen outside of television and movies! But, I can assure anyone that it did on Friday, April 20, 2018! THANK YOU Julio and Toyota of Greenwich for all that you do! I've already recommended you to others! Kudos to you! . . . Great Service Experience I have had two last minute mini emergency visits in the past week and a half. The Service Dept staff have been great. Diagnosed the isaue(s) got me in I have had two last minute mini emergency visits in the past week and a half. The Service Dept staff have been great. Diagnosed the isaue(s) got me in and out the same day and even performed several recall checks and maintenance items while the cars were in the shops. A very smooth operation from the greeting to and including payment. Ms Gaito steered me though the whole process like the pro she is. Will be back. More
