Broken mirror I grazed a downed tree after a storm that had partially fallen across the road. The damage was a broken right side mirror. Julio and others tried to "fix it" but in the end I needed a new mirror. The Toyota cost of that part was unconscionable and when added to the labor it was a very expensive repair given the issue. But the dealership worked hard to do it for less and gave me a rapid service time so that I was not without the mirror any longer than necessary. More

85000 mile service and new front brakes I went in for the standard 85000 mile service, but was soon told I needed front brakes. Oil change and maintenance for our car Karla was very friendly and helpful. She managed our expectations, told us about the need to change the air filter, and even gave us a 5% discount.
