Cell phone wedges in - Late Friday night, panic Went to the dealer at 8:45 a.m. not knowing the opened earlier, They were totally backed up as two technicians had called in sick. First response was, can't help. I explained. "OK, iif you leave it here we will try to look at it. I said thanks and signed in. Service manager noticed me and asked what was going on. He was told and tried to get the phone out. No such luck. "We will try, but please leave it and we don't know if we can get to it. What to do except say thanks and face the dread of no cell phone all weekend. Called my wife to come pick me up. About 20 mins later the car comes from around the back of the building. Service manager had taken it upon himself to try again. AND, he got it out!! "how much do I owe you?" "no charge." Can't beat that.any way any how. Rich B More

The best dealership we have EVER been to! We are still in amazement, almost a month later, at the incredible experience we had at Greenwich Toyota. We were returning a rental car to the dealer We are still in amazement, almost a month later, at the incredible experience we had at Greenwich Toyota. We were returning a rental car to the dealership and Jeff in Sales just saw us outside and offered assistance. He somehow knew to ask if we were in the market for a new car, and we were, but 4 bad dealerships later (including another Toyota one), we were still without a new car. Jeff worked with us and with Bob, the Manager and they not only got us the car we wanted but an amazing deal!!! Bob and Jeff so much time, care and effort to help our family and we will never go to another dealership again. Toyota Greenwich is the best!!!! More
Julio went above and beyond! As soon as I entered the dealership I was directed to Julio's office and he explained the process and got information he need from me about my car and As soon as I entered the dealership I was directed to Julio's office and he explained the process and got information he need from me about my car and issues I was having. The wait was about an hour (as I was advised at the outset) and the waiting room comfortable with coffee/water/wifi. Car looks and feels like new post maintenance visit. More

Car problems can be unnerving but we always get a patient explanation so that we can understand the issues. The latest car issue was going to cause huge problems for me if I did not get the car into Toyota ASAP. Fortunately, Jay was able to accommodate the car ASAP and got the job done... It mad my life a whole lot easier. More

He is patient, considerate and realistic regarding issues around our 2005 Landcruiser. Our only issue is that we paid $800 last summer to get the air conditioning fixed and it never worked. We just paid to fix it again so hopefully it will work this time but we would love a refund for last time. More
