They try to work with you I had a limited time to get a part replaced and Jay O'Connell did his best to meet my time schedule. Competence at its best! I bought my Lexus at Toyota of Greenwich and will ONLY go there for service. Twice my car has been hit and I will only let T.O.G fix it. I know that not only will my car be returned perfectly as well as cleaned along with a rental ready for me as I walk out. I also know the service will be exceptional. Terrible customer service We have been servicing our Toyota at the Greenwich dealership for 9 years and even though we have had many negative experiences, have continued out of We have been servicing our Toyota at the Greenwich dealership for 9 years and even though we have had many negative experiences, have continued out of convenience. However, our most recent experience will be our last. We had a major safety concern and as a family that constantly has kids in the car, wanted the car looked at as soon as possible. We called and left a message and no one called us back. We called again and this time were told we couldn't bring our car in for 6 days which seemed unreasonable when the car was stuttering every time we started it. My husband called and left three message for Jay over the next 48 hours and we still have yet to get a call back. We ended up taking our car to another shop. We also have serious concerns about the competence of this dealership. For the last 6 months, at each service, we have complained that a particular tire was always low. We were told it was fine. This past weekend, we were told somewhere else it had a nail in it. We also have been complaining that the battery needs to be replaced. We have had to have AAA jumpstart the car twice in the last two months and each time, AAA recommended we get a new battery but when we brought it in to be serviced, we were told the battery was fine. All in all, if possible, we would highly recommend using a different dealership. We also have a Lexus and their service is always over the top. More
