My hybrid battery wasn't performing properly and they argued with me--argued!!!--that there was nothing wrong and it must be my fault. Customer satisfaction is definitely not a priority, not even a goal. They just argue with you until you leave. What good is a dealer that can't and won't fix a problem with the car they are there to service? That's the last $30 they get from me. More
Service department was given the charge to perform a 5000 mile service (first one on the vehicle) on my wife's new RAV 4 bought there several months earlier. The bill came out to $146! Without asking, they decided to perform a wheel balance and alignment on a 4 month old car. I believe they should have asked us first. The car was not pulling or shimmying in any way. It seems that they just packed the bill. Very disappointed in the way that was handled. More
