Having known David for MANY years our paths crossed again when I called on a used car I saw for sale. Wanting a safe, reliable & durable car I viewed the sales agents & the rest is history. David is by far the most honest man in the industry, one I will be recommending going forth. It was like David and the 2008 Corolla were just 'waiting' for me. I owned a Corolla many years ago then purchased a Mazda [13 years ago at the same location] and so having a bad experience with Riley Mazda in Sept. 2010 as I started looking I 'fell' into this wonderful car, dealership and Agent. Everyone is professional and Tony was most accommodating and helpful in getting me to the payments I wanted. There was a reason I returned - so thank you all for another wonderful experience at Toyota of Greenwich. I feel safe again. Thank you David for all your assistance, guidance and patience in putting the deal together ... I will recommend you to all I meet. Keep up the good work and thank you for maintaining such integrity! Very nice dealership! Small but clean with what looked to a large lot inventory. Salesperson, Kamron, was extremely nice and knowledgeable and couldn't be any more accomodating and the final price was to to a large lot inventory. The customer service at this dealership was superb. From the moment I stepped into the door, the staff (especially Kelly and Asaad)went completely out of their way to make this the MOST wonderful buying exp the moment I stepped into the door, the staff (especially Kelly and Asaad)went completely out of their way to make this the MOST wonderful buying experience I have ever had. They were kind, friendly, patient, thorough, polite and never once gave me that "pushy sales treatment" that most car-sales men & women representatives give. I traveled a far distance with my child and sister and we were treated like family. We were given warm drinks and lunch! And not once did I get the feeling we were being treated this way to be persuaded to buy. I have purchased many cars in the past but my experience here was by far the BEST! It was such a nice feeling and completely worth the time I spent to come here! Oh, did I mention the car is wonderful too with all the bells and whistles anyone could want (heated seats, remote starter, DVD etc, etc). I have completely bragged about this dealership to many of my friends and family and would totally recommend Toyota of Greenwich to anyone! Awesome group of people. Made my experience easy and smooth. There's alot of shady and slimey car dealerships out there but these guys were GREAT! Toyota of Greenwich has been a long time dealership under the same family ownership. Recently the dealership was remodeled to provide even more comforts for customers. The thoroughness, friendliness and professionalism at this dealership is remarkable. They do not treat customers rudely or take advantage of people. Many customers such as me have been their customer for more than twenty years. You can depend on excellent work, polite handling, cooperation, and follow up to see that you are satisfied with all that was done. This is a five star dealership! When we think it is time for a new car, my wife simply says "call Tom or Clint" I want a new car. More
My hybrid battery wasn't performing properly and they argued with me--argued!!!--that there was nothing wrong and it must be my fault. This is in addition to the usual bait-and-switch; it seems that ever argued with me--argued!!!--that there was nothing wrong and it must be my fault. This is in addition to the usual bait-and-switch; it seems that every time I take the car in for an oil change there is some "XXXX mileage service" due that costs a bundle. Customer satisfaction is definitely not a priority, not even a goal. They just argue with you until you leave. What good is a dealer that can't and won't fix a problem with the car they are there to service? That's the last $30 they get from me. More
