Extremely expensive - as usual. I paid $150 for a bulb that is available online for $85 (shouldn't the toyota dealer be able to buy in bulk and get it for less than I can at retail?!!!) and was charged fo that is available online for $85 (shouldn't the toyota dealer be able to buy in bulk and get it for less than I can at retail?!!!) and was charged for 1/2 hr of labor when I would expect a trained toyota mechanic should be able to change a bulb in 15 minutes or less. I was told there might be a chance this would be covered under warrantee but when I picked up my car, there was no mention of that and I had to pay the full price. Thanks for getting my hopes up and not commenting on it at all! I feel like this dealership charges a premium for doing business with it and that they are doing me a favor to work on my car. They do good work but I will only use them for work I think cannot be done be anyone else. I don't think they want my business or value me as a customer. Another example Previously, I brought my car in for regular service and it showed 2 hrs for labor, when they only had the car for 1hr (or something like that maybe 1.5hrs). When I asked about that I was told "toyota estimates the job at 2 hrs and that's what we are allowed to charge for that even if it doesn't take us that long" - are you kidding me? so that means I am paying $220/hr!. While I am at it, the waiting area is dark and grim and has no place to work (e.g. table, desk) if you want or need to. More

I went to Toyota of Greenwich after seeing a great ad for 2012 RAV4s in the paper. We met w/ Len who was pleasant, friendly, and outgoing. He showed us the car, took us on the test drive, and was NOT pushy 2012 RAV4s in the paper. We met w/ Len who was pleasant, friendly, and outgoing. He showed us the car, took us on the test drive, and was NOT pushy like you would normally expect from a car dealership which was extremely refreshing. We were comparing the CRV and the Rav4, and Len was very knowledgeable about both cars. I'd highly recommend the dealership -everyone there was fantastic. And Tony in financing was also a fantastic person to work with! More

I called Len Cymerman last Sat. to talk about a new Toyoto Camry. Twelve years ago, before my husband passed away, he purchased a new Toyota Camry for me from Len. It was absolutely the best car I ha Toyoto Camry. Twelve years ago, before my husband passed away, he purchased a new Toyota Camry for me from Len. It was absolutely the best car I have ever owned and I always got exceptional service, whether it was from Len, the staff or the mechanics. Meeting with Len again this week to purchase a new car was an unbelievable experience. He made the process so simple and he worked with me within my budget. He walked me through everything imaginable. We took the new car for a test drive and he showed me how everything worked. He then had someone explain the extended warranty, which was terrific. Len even loaded my contacts into the Blue Tooth. He followed up many times in the last few days to make sure I was pleased with my purchase and asked me about any concerns I might have had. He left nothing out. Please thank him for me. I wrote more than you asked for, but I felt it was important to give the proper recognition due, both to Len and the rest of the staff. I wouldn't hesitate to tell anyone about my experience at Toyota. Nothing has changed in all these years as a customer. Consistent reliability and genuine, friendly service. I don't think I could top that anywhere! My 12 year old car is now being passed on to my brother who is having it serviced tomorrow. Please thank Len Cymerman and the staff for me. They're the best!
