George was also most generous with his time with us never rushing us to make a quick decision. George was also most helpfull when we picked our new vehicle up , and helped us by connecting our phones to the bluetooth. I would absolutely recommend Toyota of Greenwich. I had been in an accident and unexpectedly needed a new car. I also had some concerns about my credit. Superior Customer Service, superior workmanship. It begins with the purchase which was a great experience and now 12 years to date our experience with the service department remains exceptional. My husband and I always look forward to having our toyota serviced. The fact is no one enjoys being without their vehicle but at least when you must have repairs/maintenace rendered the time without the vehicle is diminished because of the individuals who are consistant with their exemplary service. The day will come again that we will need to purchase a car. There will only be one place for that consideration...Toyota of Greenwich, I hope that Len Cymerman is still available and the service team, Jay OConnell and Bill Wright are major contributors to the success of this dealership. I have purchased my last four cars from Toyota of Greenwich, the last three being Corollas. I have always been very happy with both the sales and service departments at this dealership. After having seen the "Now's the time to buy a new Toyota" commercials on TV, I began thinking about replacing my 2004 Corolla. I went into Toyota of Greenwich on Monday afternoon and met George Paonessa. He listened carefully to what I wanted in a new car and answered my various questions. He then showed my what they had in stock, giving me time to make comparisons and look at my options. He went with me on a test drive of a Corolla LE. Throughout the whole process he was very professional and friendly. During my time there I also had the pleasure of meeting Terry Morris, another friendly professional. I received what I considered a good trade-in price. I decided to purchase the car I had test driven and took delivery of my new car the next afternoon. Again, George was very generous with his time, explaining all the features of my new car and taking the time to sync my cell phone with the blue tooth feature. I was very happy with the total sales experience and I love my new 2012 Toyota Corolla. More

Yuliana was always very friendly, very helpful, informative and professional in her dealings with me. I set up an appointment to have the Prius appraised and Yuliana suggested I work with Keith Olsen to talk about new vehicles. Keith ( a former teacher) was very well informed about the cars I was interested in exploring, but what impressed me even more was the kind and gentle way he has with helping navigate the sale process, which can be daunting. Keith took his time and explained thoroughly the operation of the car, the features, the options. He has a great sense of humor and a kind spirit. Tony helped with the financial aspect of the day and was both straight-forward and professional. Every aspect of the day, from the moment I walked into the dealership, was a good one. In three short hours (after test driving two vehicles and meeting with Tony), I walked out with a new lease on a 2012 Toyota 4Runner, which has proven to be the perfect fit for our needs. Yuliana, Keith and Tony were wonderful to work with and this automobile buying experience (and I've had a few!) was the best I've experienced. More
Extremely expensive - as usual. I paid $150 for a bulb that is available online for $85 (shouldn't the toyota dealer be able to buy in bulk and get it for less than I can at retail?!!!) and was charged fo that is available online for $85 (shouldn't the toyota dealer be able to buy in bulk and get it for less than I can at retail?!!!) and was charged for 1/2 hr of labor when I would expect a trained toyota mechanic should be able to change a bulb in 15 minutes or less. I was told there might be a chance this would be covered under warrantee but when I picked up my car, there was no mention of that and I had to pay the full price. Thanks for getting my hopes up and not commenting on it at all! I feel like this dealership charges a premium for doing business with it and that they are doing me a favor to work on my car. They do good work but I will only use them for work I think cannot be done be anyone else. I don't think they want my business or value me as a customer. Another example Previously, I brought my car in for regular service and it showed 2 hrs for labor, when they only had the car for 1hr (or something like that maybe 1.5hrs). When I asked about that I was told "toyota estimates the job at 2 hrs and that's what we are allowed to charge for that even if it doesn't take us that long" - are you kidding me? so that means I am paying $220/hr!. While I am at it, the waiting area is dark and grim and has no place to work (e.g. table, desk) if you want or need to. More
