I found Claudia to be very friendly and interested in why I was looking at the Prius.We looked at the various models and as we looked she "explained" the car. When the car was delivered she spent a good deal of time going over all the technology and I feel comfortable going back anytime should I have a tech problem. There was no pressure. I know she is rather new at this job and liked that when she wasn't sure of something she went to someone who had the answer. I was warmly greeted by Dave Sullivan when I arrived. Having spoken to them about what I was looking for ahead of time, I was shown a couple of fabulous cars. We were trading in a Hyundai Tuscon and wanted a fair price. He met our price on the trade in and gave us the new Prius V 5 for what we thought was fair price. We made a deal. The financial end was easy with a very knowledgable finance officer. we picked our new Prius Saturday and I have been enjoying it every day. Lenny called today to ask how we were doing with the car, we said great. It's not often you get such personal attention after the purchase. Thank you Greenwich of Toyota., and thank you Len Cymerman.
