Picked up my RAV4 2 weeks ago and the experience was outstanding! I have purchased 8 cars from David Sullivan over the past 20 years and have always had an excellent experience. Best of all was the sense of teamwork and service that I felt when I picked up the vehicle. David introduced me to Matt, who helped me set up the maps/phone/music interface. The service manager James came out to introduce himself and the service manager thanked me for the purchase. Angie Harsch, the finance manager made the document signing process go very smoothly and she thoroughly and clearly described the options available for more extended service and coverage.
