I've been a Toyota of Greenville customer for years and I am usually satisfied with my services HOWEVER customer service seems to be going down! 2 weeks ago I went in to have my tires rotated and oil changed am usually satisfied with my services HOWEVER customer service seems to be going down! 2 weeks ago I went in to have my tires rotated and oil changed. After leaving I noticed my car was no longer reading my tire pressure amount. I called Toyota and spoke with a woman who advised me to bring my car back in to have the tech look at it to see what may have went on during the tire rotation. I scheduled the appointment then went into Toyota on Friday and was quickly told by the tech I would have to pay $275 dollars to have a diagnostic test performed; then if the battery sensors in my tires were out, I would have to pay for each one of them to be replaced. I'm ok with having to pay for services rendered, HOWEVER, I should have been told I was going to have to have a diagnostic test performed before I scheduled an appointment. I don’t live near this dealership. I live 45 minutes from it and feel I could have been offered some type of discount or incentive or at least a little bit of a caring sympathetic attitude. Because had I known I was going to have to pay almost $300 I would have held off on making appointment. Even Advance Auto and other places as such will run a diagnostic test for FREE or at least not for $275! Unhappy and unsatisfied!!! More

The reason I’d recommend this dealership is because of the price that I paid for the car. It was better than that of other dealerships that were options to me. My first experience with the dealership was the price that I paid for the car. It was better than that of other dealerships that were options to me. My first experience with the dealership was good with the salesman Carlos Fredericks. It was a different story when I return to pick up the car. After the business transaction was completed I was told that my car would be ready to go in 20 minutes. I waited and I asked the sales person filling in (who was Hillary) if my car was ready. She checked and said no not yet. I waited and waited and an hour and a half later my car was still not ready. I went to the front desk and said this is insane. Hillary came to the front desk and asked me to go with her to the shop to check on my car and it wasn’t there. We came back to the front of the dealership and my car was sitting in the front parking lot. It had been there for an hour and a half because I had seen the car and didn’t know it was my car. Hillary disappeared and I needed to know how to drive the car. In my frustration, a nice sales person named Jack came and sat in the car and educated me on the various aspects so I could drive home. By this time it was 7 PM and I had a 4 hour drive home. I was very disappointed. For what I paid for this car, I should’ve been treated much better. More

Poor communication: I set an appointment on the app, but still had to explain why I was there, who I was, etc. There is a very unfriendly vibe from the entire crew each time I’ve been there.
