Rental Experience I was in need of a rental car on short notice and went through the Rental Dept. of Toyota. Marsha was the manager I dealt with and I had such a pleasa I was in need of a rental car on short notice and went through the Rental Dept. of Toyota. Marsha was the manager I dealt with and I had such a pleasant experience! She was very polite and informative. I didn't have to wait long for a car or service from the department. She explained all the procedures and accommodated all my questions. She was a life-saver! I plan on using Toyota's services again for my vacation this summer! Any friend who asks for a rental - I'm sending them to see Marsha! More

Great service and overall experience My 2003 4Runner was due an oil change and I wanted my brakes checked since on my previous service note was made to check the brakes the next time the My 2003 4Runner was due an oil change and I wanted my brakes checked since on my previous service note was made to check the brakes the next time the car was brought in. Quickly and safely back on the road My tire pressure light had come on for the second time in less than a month. The first time I had trouble with that particular tire, I took the car to My tire pressure light had come on for the second time in less than a month. The first time I had trouble with that particular tire, I took the car to an independent shop near my home. They must have patched the hole with bubble gum, because it did not last. When I got in my Prius to drive from Spartanburg to Clemson and the light was on again, I knew I had to take the car someplace where I could depend on the quality of repair. I dropped in without an appointment, Angel greeted me, I told her my problem and she took the car right into the shop. In less than one hour I had my car back and knew that the puncture was properly repaired. I love Toyota of Greenville! More

My Favorite Dealership for my car maintenance Would you believe I drove all the way from California via Ft Lauderdale to get my 2012 Four Runner serviced by Toyota of Greenville. Seriously, I do travel a lot but do make a point of coming to Toyota of Greenville for my car maintenance. Maybe, it my service tech, Sherwood Channel who does a exceptional job of servicing his customers I being one of them. I can always depend on Sherwood to give me straight talk to how to maintain my vehicle and keep it in a functioning so I can drive 3000 miles without any issues with the car. Much better experience. Recently I had a problem with my vehicle that required me going to ToG for repairs. Although it took several times to correctly diagnose and fix the Recently I had a problem with my vehicle that required me going to ToG for repairs. Although it took several times to correctly diagnose and fix the problem (it was a difficult problem to address and I blame Toyota for creating the problem and not helping ToG properly) it finally got fixed correctly. The two service advisors, Lane Worley and Doug Sedeno, were the only reason I did not get very upset and were excellent in helping me keep my patience. Both kept me informed of the situation and progress on my vehicle through either emails or phone calls when needed. Doug even checked his voice mail and called me back after business hours to answer my questions, on his day off! That's excellent customer service. Both ToG advisors need to be commended. When you have to visit the ToG service center, ask for one of these two! I also need to say a thank you to Marsha Riden for helping me get into a proper rental car during all my visits and service manager David Dodson for making sure the problem was corrected properly. More
