GOD ANSWERS PRAYERS!!! After totaling my car my insurance adjuster told me that I had 3 days to find me another car. So I speedily began to search online for good reliable c After totaling my car my insurance adjuster told me that I had 3 days to find me another car. After reviewing a few options I set up a appointment to view a few cars at Toyota of Greenville. upon pulling up I was greeted by a caring, selfless Goldly man name Sam Aoun who swiftly started to tend to my wants and needs. After working with him for a short while I spoke with another worker by the name of Brittany who after only working there for 6 months has the courage of a lion but yet the heart of a dove. Between these two, they made my experience more comfortable and they definitely went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get me in a car that was my price range, style and want. Once we wrapped the deal up I was handed over to a man by the name of Don who helped me tie up some loose ends and helped me THOROUGHLY understand my contract and all the fine print within it. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience and more pleased with the fact that this was all that I had asked God for; godly people , a good car, and a great price. Ken Hodges Is Awesome From the moment I arrived to the moment I left Ken made sure I was informed and about the status of my scheduled vehicle maintenance. I made an appoi From the moment I arrived to the moment I left Ken made sure I was informed and about the status of my scheduled vehicle maintenance. I made an appointment online and was scheduled to see somebody else, but since they were not available I was helped by Ken. It's my first visit to this dealership as I am new to the area, but my car needed a much overdue brake/rotor change plus I went ahead and did tire/balance/rotate, oil change, battery replacement, spark plug replacement and fuel system cleaning. I told Ken that the wiper fluid was not coming out on the passenger side and had not been working for a little while and he said they would also look into that and see what they could do. Thankfully, they were able to easily fix it and did not charge me for that small repair, but beyond this Ken was just a great person to work with. I opted to stay at the dealership since I can easily work remotely and the full service took less time than I had anticipated so that was awesome. The car was fixed up like new and I am very satisfied with the results. Thanks to Ken I was also informed of a small recall that has subsequently been scheduled for repair this Saturday. Great service, great people. I will make it a point to come back for any future maintenance or repair. More
