STAY AS FAR AWAY as possible from this dealerxxxx. From start to finish buying a used car from them has been a nightmare. Their finance guy was unprofessional, said explicit things and snuck a warranty and resistall on when we said NO warranty and never even talked about resist all. We would have never added that to a used car that clearly had missing chips of paint and staining on the seats. when we went to leave with our new car - we couldn’t because our sales guy said he deactivated the key by placing it on a magnet. So we left with another car that smelt horrible and covered in dog hair. The next day we were getting the run around. At 5:00 we finally got a call saying it was never the key it was a bad fuel pump. We were told they are replacing it for free and we could pick it up by 6:30 because they were detailing it for us. Their detail department is a joke - the cup holders in the second row were never cleaned from the previous owner. There was dirt and mud all over the third row. I’ve never seen such a BAD detail job done from a dealership. This was supposed to make up for our horrible experience with them. Now the car that was supposed to have a new fuel pump and less than 50,000 miles now has a check engine light and the gas gauge isn’t working. The kicker is in their warranty contract it states “damage due to improper previous repairs aren’t covered” they did something to this car and it won’t be covered. This place is a total scam and don’t care about you. Their GM will say that’s not how he runs his business and he’s sorry. But If you read all their other reviews - it clearly is how he runs his business. STAY AWAY. And check your finance paper work. You’re probably paying for a 20 year warranty and resist all you had no idea about. More

I brought a brand new Toyota Corolla in April 2010. I was getting regular oil changes their for the first 2 years. Now it is 2022 and I am trying to sell my vehicle and everywhere I go to sell they car, I am told (POSSIBLE ODOMETER ROLLBACK/ ROLLOVER. Did not have a clue this was going on or they did things like that. The report says mileage date reported 01/27/2012 . mileage is 125,470 remember this car is only 2 years old. Get oil change again on 05/31/2012 and reported mileage on car is 30,213. Please someone tell me what going on here. I am the sole owner and the only owner and have no accidents or tickets. Please tell me why mileage was incorrected reported twice. Ok I am asking you will you fix this mistake. Why was it done and for what purpose??? Please customers stay away from this place. 100% dishonest. This was in 2012 and I just found out about these errors when I tried to sell the car and could not sell it. More

After 3 days, finally got "written estimate" sent to my phone. I got my car back on Friday afternoon. New struts all around to the tune of $3100.00. Here's the problem: The original issue/problem STILL IS NOT FIXED! Way overpriced repair. Treatment was not fair. BUYEER BEWARE! More

Worst service department ever. My Highlander brakes were causing a vibration when applied. I had a coupon for brakes and rotors, so I scheduled an appointment for 2 PM two days My Highlander brakes were causing a vibration when applied. I had a coupon for brakes and rotors, so I scheduled an appointment for 2 PM two days later. Got there on time. Carefully explained what was wrong and was told that they would have their "expert" examine the brakes. Checked back at 4 PM and nothing had been done. Finally got a call the next day at 10AM that the brakes were fixed. Also they replaced the rear brakes which were worn but still good so it cost twice as much. 1) Why schedule an appointment at two if they won't be starting repairs until the next day? 2) Didn't receive any info on replacing the rear brakes until we picked the car up. 3) I used to replace my own brakes, and it took about an hour. A mechanic should be able to do the job in half that time. 4) This is not the first time I've had trouble. I took the car in for routine service and arrived at the appointed time, then was told it would be about three hours. 5) I can't believe that any goes to them for service, and I guess that's why Jiffy Lubes are thriving. 6) Won't be going back to Greenville Toyota. When asked when I wanted my car I told them as soon as possible. At 12:30p I called and they had done nothing to my car. I told them not to touch my car to put it out front. When I got there my car was out front and magically got serviced. Stephen never apologized. Appts mean nothing - excuses are many - the place needs to be restructured. My day was wasted waiting for a simple oil change I wont be going back. More
