Finally a respectable car dealer that doesn't play games with fees/financing. One reasonable doc fee and that is it, super helpful, the price on the site is the price you pay. with fees/financing. One reasonable doc fee and that is it, super helpful, the price on the site is the price you pay. More

GM Mike O. run times, it is fortunately not the case with rep, Joe D. with the Jazz music and Art in his office helps calm what can be a lengthy. GM Mike O. runs the ship and has the perfect attitude for returning customers from my repeat car buying experience. Be patient, kind to those that detail and coat your ride; and they will provide as much time and patience as reasonably possible during the day to get things right. It's one of the busiest, don't be rushed and get fitted (for me) with options really needed. For me, it was no step railing on my truck, any orange peel paint addressed (stick w chrome imo), presentation of remote start and key fob tech that isn't the same with even all the new vehicles. While it can be rushed, slightly hurried in previous purchases throughout the motor mile; go with research in hand (or come back), a tip for your car detailers, some patience, knowledge, and be ready to listen to the options that can add value to your vehicle and experience. Highly recommend Joe, he will find the right details and presentation for the right car you want, or want to trade in,..and Mike O, the GM for many of the motor mile dealerships. As for the svc department- they go the extra mile. Downsides: for minor scuffs/scratches...the collision ctr can quote things that may take months bc they are so busy... More
Recall of 2013 RAV4 for paint issues. Arranged with collision department to fix the problem in March 2023. While the vehicle was in their possession the front vanity plate disappeared as Arranged with collision department to fix the problem in March 2023. While the vehicle was in their possession the front vanity plate disappeared as did the sunroof garnish for the right side. This was discovered after leaving the dealer. Immediately contacted Mike Simmons, the shop foreman who said they would look for it. Months have passed and many phone calls and personal visits later, nothing but excuses and avoidance. Repeated phone calls are routed to Mike’s messages which have yet to be returned. This dealership is a failure when it comes to customer satisfaction. I’m done dealing with them and will source the part myself. NEVER COMING BACK! More
Updated 8/21/23 - 6 weeks and still no plates. No response from the dealership either. Everytime I call, the person I need is on vacation or been let go. I wanted to document and make other p No response from the dealership either. Everytime I call, the person I need is on vacation or been let go. I wanted to document and make other potential customers aware of, mainly with regards to the plates and overall communication. The biggest issue we had was with getting our plates, which after almost 6 weeks we still don’t have. We were charged $388 to have a third party take care of the plates. I was assured by 3 different people that we would get the plates in the mail within 30 days of purchase. So after 30 days, and no plates, I reached out again and found out there was an issue and they needed personal property tax and inspections, which is why I was concerned about this process. I knew this was needed and obviously they are out of town, but a third party company should have reached out sooner and known my state's requirements. I took the car to a mechanic when I got it to make sure it was okay and it would have been much easier to get the inspections then. It required me to take another trip because it was a full 30 days later that they requested this. Also, for personal property tax, that is all available online for our state/county so then I started questioning the third party company and if they knew what they were doing. So at this point, I found no value in using this third party vendor and requested a refund to do it myself. If this dealership would have just sent the title and bill of sale, I could have done all this work within 20 minutes at a DMV and saved $388 plus the hassle that I’m still dealing with. I did request to get the title and taxes I paid back so I could take care of this myself, but they refused and said I was stuck with this option. I was told by the GM Mike O’Leary that they would have refused to sell me the car unless I used their third party title vendor. I was requesting some kind of compensation for the lack of value and my overall time and energy that I have put into this, but they were firm, and refused to help me in any way. Also, I asked about the van being shipped with a temp tag and was assured it would be but when it arrived, there was no tag. I asked a couple times about this being this was the first time I purchased something from out of state. I contacted them and they did overnight a temp tag but it was just a printed tag so after one rain, it bled and was unreadable. We were followed a couple times by police because it was an out of state tag and it looked crazy, but they did send a second one that was laminated so this one should last another 2-3 weeks until we get our plates. Clean up of van inside could have been better. It’s just not the normal detailing I’m used to seeing, especially from a Toyota dealership. Also, it did not smell good, so I wasn’t sure if it was smoked in or just musky but it’s getting better since we had it professionally cleaned. Van was also shipped without front floormats, so I asked about that and was told it didn’t have any so tough luck on that. I know this sounds like we had a lot of back and forth but that’s not the case. I have rarely spoken to any of them on the phone. I have called a few times, but they usually don’t answer, they don’t call back when they promise, the person I always need is “Off that day”, they always pass the buck without making decisions, and when I did finally get a hold of Mike O’Leary, he wasn’t much help. In the end, he did say “I can send some floormats” but he wasn’t sincere, and I was already told by his manager that they couldn’t do that so I politely declined. In the end, I’m okay with this experience but after paying full sticker price, plus their third party title fee, their dealer fee, delivery, taxes, I expected a little bit more response and at least some front floor mats, but at the end of the day, I’m just another customer.
