The salesman Cedric was wonderful but our overall experience was horrible! We will not recommend this dealership to anyone and if so we will advise them to stay away from Malek Hanse. They ran our cr experience was horrible! We will not recommend this dealership to anyone and if so we will advise them to stay away from Malek Hanse. They ran our credit even though everything was already approved and it took about 4 hours for something that was already set up and approved. A wonderful experience turned out to be a nightmare! More
Made an appointment for service. Met by very nice greeter who took in car and asked what was needed. Requested oil change, transmission fluid replacement, and radiator flush. Took 3 Met by very nice greeter who took in car and asked what was needed. Requested oil change, transmission fluid replacement, and radiator flush. Took 3 hours which jiffy lube could have completed in an hour maximum. Upon inspection they recommended changing all wipers that are less than a month old, because they were streaking. They recommended brake pads and rotors when they were changed approximately 10k miles previous. This is unacceptable and prevents me from recommending them to others. More

My experiences over the years with Toyota of Greenville has been very good. I can’t say the same for our sister dealerships, Jaguar and Porsche of Greenville.
