I am severely disappointed in this dealership… I bought a 2019 Tacoma from them and had a horrible buying experience. From waiting hours for the salesman/managers to get back to me on questions and issues, t 2019 Tacoma from them and had a horrible buying experience. From waiting hours for the salesman/managers to get back to me on questions and issues, to being sold a certified pre-owned vehicle with tires that are technically illegal to be driving on the road they have so little tread. To then have them turn around and rush me for down payment money the second they finally got their act together and gave me my truck I’d been waiting on them for 2 days to have ready. I will hopefully be in contact with the GM to see if they will right this wrong and at bare minimum supply me with tires. They shouldn’t have been able to sell me a vehicle that had so little tire I wish I could attach a picture but to put it in perspective when I put a penny in the gap between the threads the penny won’t even go into the tire at all it’s just flat. Anyways my family and my wife’s family has bought many many cars from here but after this experience we will never be back to this location and to anyone who asks I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy More
