He was quick to respond to me even when I contacted him while he was off work. The sales manager and the finance guy were both great as well. They stuck with everything that I was told. I’m very pleased with the whole transaction and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a Toyota. I would like to note that I told Darrell my wants as in car, color, and all specifics and he let me know that they could have me a car of my desire in about two weeks which would have been around the 6th of November but then delivered it to me on the 31st of October. The cost of the parts & labor were ridiculously high! Only 1 part of the exterior mirror was damaged (a piece of plastic) & the entire assembly had to be replaced, costing nearly $600 dollars. I was there about 1 hour for the replacement & I presented a 25 percent off coupon from Southeast Toyota. More
Made appointment with dealership for oil change and tire rotation in response to a discounted dealer offer for both. Upon completion I received only the discount on the oil change, not on the tire rotation rotation in response to a discounted dealer offer for both. When I pointed this out, I was told that there were different programs which were not providing her with the discount offer and she could only indicate a credit on my next visit. This is not acceptable. I should get a 50% refund on the cost of the tire rotation and you should not advertise one price for service and then charge a different higher price. More
