I walked in to dealership greeted by Chad scheduled an appointment for next day for maintenance check he was pleasant and efficient. Next day greeted by CJ pleasant cheerful and very respectful explainin appointment for next day for maintenance check he was pleasant and efficient. Next day greeted by CJ pleasant cheerful and very respectful explaining what service my car required and estimated time it would take to complete. Directed me to waiting room offered refreshments. I observed him being very polite and kind to elderly customers as well as with young mother with her baby. Approached me when car service was completed and directed me to location of car. I was very impressed with customer service. These young men certainly deserve recognition for their excellent customer service. Thank you More

I wish I could give it -5 stars as a review. We purchased a new Prius from them with the sales pitch of being the “Home of the Lifetime Powertrain” warranty. This warranty was to extend the ex We purchased a new Prius from them with the sales pitch of being the “Home of the Lifetime Powertrain” warranty. This warranty was to extend the existing Toyota factory warranty as long as you own your vehicle. Only to find out that with less than 85K miles on the car, they said there is a loophole to the warranty and cracked head gaskets is not covered. Toyota corporate said that the head gasket is part of their extended warranty, up to 60K. Their GM did not act as a reputable businessman, even after repeated calls to him and his customer service rep to repair the vehicle. DO NOT believe them when they give you that as part of their sales pitch, it’s a complete lie. More

My vehicle left with more problems then what it came with. My service associate was a scam artist that just fed me what he thought i wanted to hear. His boss was completely non-existent and disrespectful and almost hangs up on me. There was no attempt to satisfy the customer at all. They kept on coming up with more problems then what was actually wrong. I spent 4K$ the first time, drove it for two days just to have to get it towed back in. So they can tell me they "refuse to take care of the problem cause it wasn't their fault." Also adding he'll take me to the magistrate. They made it very apparently how much not only don't care for their customers, they made it very clear they are not in the business of helping their military members or veterans. WHAT AN OVERPRICED JOKE, GREENSBURG TOYOTA IS! More
Upset with Service Took my '09 Tacoma in to have the frame replaced per the factory warranty, and also a few other things done. After waiting since March for the frame to arrive, it finally came in. That's when AJ Pacienza in Service called with a LAUNDRY list of other things they "found" that needed done, that not surprisingly, were NOT covered by the warranty. After an actual yelling match on the phone, I will be picking the truck up (supposedly soon) with just the frame done. AJ is ok with oil changes and brakes, but do not trust him with major work- he will definitely misquote and mislead you! I personally know 2 others that had their frames replaced there...and SAME story- the Service Dept. had a long list of other work that needed (OR that they strongly recommend) to be done. I've bought 4 vehicles there over the years, as well as a lot of service done, and have not had a worse experience than I did dealing with AJ.... More
Excellent service! Been buying 4Runners at Toyota Greensburg since 2005 with a fantastic relationship. I had them replace my tires and it went fast and smooth. Good latch Last year around this time we took my husbands FJ cruiser to the dealership to get something fixed. When we picked it up the worker verbally admitted to breaking the hood latch and gave us trouble and wanted us to pay for it. He fixed it and all was okay then 11 months later, the hood latch breaks again. We take it in they “lubricate it” and we take it back home. Then a day or 2 later we try to put in some windshield fluid and GUESS WHAT BREAKS AGAIN.... yes the hood latch that was originally broken from YOUR employee. It’s just disgusting how they fix the cars. It is a classic scheme of breaking something so that he car us to come back. So disgusted. More
