We had called ahead of time and spoke with Cory about holding a car that we saw in their internet ad -2012 Toyota Highlander Limited. Upon arriving, he had the car ready to go for a test drive. He was kind, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. My husband and I felt no pressure from him whatsoever. I believe the price was fair and everything was explained thoroughly - no surprises. He synced up my phone, explained the entire operation of the vehicle and he coordinated my follow-up undercoating for the next week. I even received new tires at the time of my undercoating - which was awesome! Lenny was very personable and explained our options well.
