We test drove a used Rav that interested us , John took us on a route that let us experience the car in various real life road conditions. He made sure we both drove the car and were comfortable with it. We even enjoyed working with him at the dealership as we discussed the price. We were on the verge of buying the used car when the subject of the possibility of buying new came up. John was very accomodating providing the details of the new car and price. We were pleased to deal with someone so friendly and patient. Even though it was somewhat late in the evening , before we left John patiently helped set up the Bluetooth telephone feature through the radio. He's the kind of salesman that takes the ordeal out of buying a car. Our experience with Tammy was pleasant as well. She was knowledgeable,friendly and very informative. In addition , I initially spoke on the phone with Josi and she impressed me with her friendly , helpful attitude. My wife and I were initially interested in the used Rav and wanted to be sure it would be there if we drove the 90 minutes to see it. Josi made sure the keys were at the desk when we walked in.
