Horrible Service After I said that I would buy the truck, it took them 3 hours to prepare my paperwork and get me out of the door. I felt like I was forgot about. When my car did come in Seth took the time to explain the different features of my car, he link my phone and found my favorite radio station. The sales associate, Maria Tanis, had the vehicle ready for me when I arrived. Maria was knowledgable and fun to talk to. I decided I really liked the 4R and bought it that night. Maria was very good to work with. As it turned out, there was a mark on one of the handles. Maria told me she would take care of it and she did. Her follow through was excellent which I very much appreciated. I was so impressed I returned to have some accessories installed. The service group was good to work with too. More

Service / New 2016 Tundra I took my 2007 Tundra in for service on Tuesday, 6-21-2016. It needed a brake job, syate inspection and an oil change..... During the inspection, the I took my 2007 Tundra in for service on Tuesday, 6-21-2016. It needed a brake job, syate inspection and an oil change..... During the inspection, the technician confirmed the truck needed new rotors and pads.... But most important.... During his inspection, he found that there was a broken leaf spring on the rear driver side..... The spring was broke at the bottom of the bend and was obviously moving while driving the truck... Very glad this was found. Bad things could have happened. This finding was the deciding factor of getting a new truck.. Of coarse Toyota has a good product.. But at Toyota of Greensburg, one of the biggest assets Toyota has is the employees.... Everyone I dealt with was very professional, knowlegable, respectful and freindy..... Phil turned me onto a lease instead of buying.... Seems like I'm going to like leasing (for the first time) vs buying.... Dario was just nice enough to talk with me in general... And Stefan was great. Everyone I would rate as a 5 ! Except for Tammy Tokarcik..... I hate doing all the paper work when obtaining a new vehicle... Tammy Tokarcik SHINED in this process....... On a scale 1 to 5.... She gets a 12!. (need to add a button for this)... She made it SOOOOOOO Painless for me. More

Shane worked up prices for us and when we came in to visit the dealership, we were greeted immediately and set up with the salesman Corey, who was both friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the Sienna in which we were interested. Everyone was very helpful and everything was done in great time. Our car was delivered when we wanted it and Corey took the time to go over every little detail. We are very pleased with Toyota of Greensburg and have already recommended the dealership to our daughter and son-in-law. More
