Bush League I tried to deal with this dealership at the expiration of another lease. I started communicating with one of the "sales managers" 3 weeks in advance, I tried to deal with this dealership at the expiration of another lease. I started communicating with one of the "sales managers" 3 weeks in advance, via email. I gave her all the information she needed regarding my existing lease, including mileage, and payoff and even went so far as to offer my lease account # in advance so she could cement the deal and have everything locked down except the appraisal of my vehicle. I made it clear how much I had for a down payment, where I wanted to be for a monthly payment and attempted clarify with her several times that I didn't want my trip to the dealership to be wasted time. When my family arrived at the dealership (a 45 minute drive), she asked for the mileage on my vehicle and raised her eyebrows at my response -as though she had never heard that information. She then proceeded to bring me back a monthly payment $225/month more than what my target payment was. It was a joke. She was either giving me lip service by email or didn't read any of it and simply wanted to get us to the showroom to try to swing a deal. Completely bush league. Completely unprofessional. I went to another dealership the same day and leased a more expensive vehicle for about $150/month less than what she presented to me. Needless to say, I won't be back to Toyota of Greensburg. More
