She answered all my questions and set an appointment for me to come to the dealership later that day to fit my schedule. She had the Tacoma I was looking for -- an Off-road with 6 speed manual shift--tossed me the key and said 'lets take it for a spin!" During the drive I asked many questions about the vehicle and she answered each without hesitation--she knew her product! Once back at the dealership we negotiated a fair trade-in and price for the Tacoma and I was sold. Marina carried on to get the paper work complete, car fueled up and washed--and stuck with the process all the way to hanging my plate on my New Tacoma. Mike Tell greeted us. He went above and beyond to show us the used and new inventory. He went over all the warranties and services and left us with all the information that we needed. We didn't feel pressured and Mike was available by cell if we had more questions. My son bought a new car the following week. By this time, we were mentally exhausted and a little jaded, but that all faded away the minute we shook hands with salesman John Sewchek. It was refreshing to meet a real human being who was genuinely nice and kind, not because he saw a potential sale, but because that is the type of person he is. The salesman is the face of a dealership and if you have someone who is not genuine, or too aggressive, it can really tarnish the experience. I have no idea what the other salespeople are like, but I know you can't go wrong with John! When we left John and it was time to sign the papers on the financial side of things, the experience went a little south as we felt hurried and pressured to extend the warranty, but our experience with John was so pleasant, even that didn't even phase us too much! He was super nice to deal with and he was very knowledgeable, even though I was buying a pre-owned Honda Pilot and not a Toyota. Of course he wanted to make a sale (he is a salesman after all), but he was not pushy when we said we wanted to think about it. I ended up purchasing the vehicle and I couldn’t be happier.
