My vehicle left with more problems then what it came with. My service associate was a scam artist that just fed me what he thought i wanted to hear. His boss was completely non-existent and disrespectful and My service associate was a scam artist that just fed me what he thought i wanted to hear. His boss was completely non-existent and disrespectful and almost hangs up on me. There was no attempt to satisfy the customer at all. They kept on coming up with more problems then what was actually wrong. I spent 4K$ the first time, drove it for two days just to have to get it towed back in. So they can tell me they "refuse to take care of the problem cause it wasn't their fault." Also adding he'll take me to the magistrate. They made it very apparently how much not only don't care for their customers, they made it very clear they are not in the business of helping their military members or veterans. WHAT AN OVERPRICED JOKE, GREENSBURG TOYOTA IS! More

Restored my faith I was in contact with 7 different Toyota dealerships to get the best deal. Marina responded first AND gave me the lowest offer from the start. Marina promptly responded to my questions and made the entire car buying process quick and efficient by completing as much paperwork as possible prior to arriving at the dealership.
