Second vehicle purchased here. Was told that all my concerns will be adressed salesman knew very little about the Tundra I had purchased. She did not pressure me and recommended test driving 3 different vehicles allowing me to make an informed decision. Our interaction with the sales manager was candid and fair. Tammy Tocarcik was very thorough and friendly as she processed the warranty, financing, and other paperwork. After purchasing the vehicle Melanie Testa sat with me in the vehicle and explained all of the nuances of the radio, navigation, bluetooth, and other options on my vehicle. I purchased the vehicle on a Saturday, she called me on the following Monday and asked I if there were any issues with the vehicle she could help with. I appreciated the follow up.
