There was no pressure to buy, and no up-selling but he was certainly helpful and patient with us. Stefan went out of his way to show us what we wanted to see and had good knowledge of Toyota vehicles. We agreed on a price without games or gimmicks. The Business Office at the dealer was very efficient and again without sales pressure. In the end it was a pleasant buying experience. We are happy with our vehicle and happy with the price! More

This was a 2016 Rava I was very disappointed , I wasn't really all that happy with the salesman. In the beginning he showed little interest in showing me the car I wanted. I had to walk down a big hill to see a few cars and I had high heels on. I feel he showed no respect towards me this is not how my other buying experiences went. Not pleased at all!!
