I was pleased to be treated like she wanted my business, but wasn't pressuring me just to make a sale. I also felt like I could ask what I felt were probably dumb questions, but not feeling judged for asking them. Since the car had high-mileage; was 8-years old and starting to cost me money (it had a major repair a few months earlier), I determined it was time to replace it. I was not ready to go into a new vehicle and was dreading the prospect. I had already decided I would lease my next vehicle and I knew which model it would be. The experience turned out to be one of the best new car experiences I have ever had. An event I had been dreading turned out to be pleasant, painless, and enjoyable. John Sewchek and Maria Ponterio were friendly and helpful, without pressure. They got me into my first leased vehicle quickly, and I left completely satisfied. They didn't even mind my sons (ages 5 & 3) being there and they even complimented their behavior. If I had to complain about anything it would be that they didn't move very much on the price. But I did my research before going to the dealership and thought that the stated price was still a fair one. Fair enough that I acquired two vehicles and traded two vehicles. More
