Once we sat down with John, I quickly calmed down and knew that we were in good hands. He is extremely knowledgable, respectful, and kind. By this time, we were mentally exhausted and a little jaded, but that all faded away the minute we shook hands with salesman John Sewchek. It was refreshing to meet a real human being who was genuinely nice and kind, not because he saw a potential sale, but because that is the type of person he is. The salesman is the face of a dealership and if you have someone who is not genuine, or too aggressive, it can really tarnish the experience. I have no idea what the other salespeople are like, but I know you can't go wrong with John! When we left John and it was time to sign the papers on the financial side of things, the experience went a little south as we felt hurried and pressured to extend the warranty, but our experience with John was so pleasant, even that didn't even phase us too much! More

Devin is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. He went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with each of our new vehicles. The paperwork side of it was also wonderful thanks to Tammy. She took the time to explain any additional options, terms, etc. all while being very kind, and patient with no pressure. He was super nice to deal with and he was very knowledgeable, even though I was buying a pre-owned Honda Pilot and not a Toyota. Of course he wanted to make a sale (he is a salesman after all), but he was not pushy when we said we wanted to think about it. I ended up purchasing the vehicle and I couldn’t be happier. Fastest and easiest car purchase I've ever had! I had a fantastic experience here! My salesperson (Seth) was friendly and even came in to meet me on his day off--also his birthday! He spoke with me I had a fantastic experience here! My salesperson (Seth) was friendly and even came in to meet me on his day off--also his birthday! He spoke with me the night before on the phone regarding the car I was interested in and quickly went outside and took pictures and sent them to me immediately. I drove an hour the next morning to see the car fully expecting to leave my financial information and leave due to buying a car seems to always take all day. I filled out my information and Seth was back in less then 20 minutes with my approval. He made me happy by fixing the few things I needed and had the car clean, inspected, oil changed and tires before noon the next day! I never felt high pressured, just comfortable and confident in my purchase. When I came back for my car Seth and F&I Tammy finished my paperwork quickly and with smiles! They knew I needed to be somewhere else immediately after and they worked hard to make sure I was out the door in time! In summary my experience was a great one and I will tell everyone to check them out for their future purchases! OH and the price was fantastic as well!!!
