When I asked questions about comparing it to another Toyota he knew all the answers and even showed me some of the differences. Poor Customer Service I contacted this dealership via email/website to inquire on a lease for a Toyota 4 Runner Limited. After several calls and emails to the dealership a I contacted this dealership via email/website to inquire on a lease for a Toyota 4 Runner Limited. After several calls and emails to the dealership and speaking to 3 different sales people, I was given the lease options by email...which I still have. The payment options were within my budget but once I spoke with Stefan on the phone the monthly payment given to me in the email did not reflect what he told me on the phone. I do not want to waste my time going to a dealership playing the back and forth game of “let’s make a deal”...which is why I emailed to inquire about the lease options. He seemed uninterested in helping me when I told him I could not come in and wanted to check with a few other dealerships...I will not be purchasing a vehicle from this facility. There are a pleather of other places out there with great customer service. More
Immediate need for a car exceeded After my last Toyota gave up after 225,000 miles, I went to the dealership without my heart set on anything. I just knew I needed a car, NOW! I told Stefan my requirements - price, gas milage, full financing, and need immediately. He asked if I wanted to go walk the lot and look at cars. It was freezing, I did not want to do that. Within a few minutes, he had two cars on his computer that met all of my needs. After test driving both, he gave us a few minutes to talk. I picked one and Toyota arranged financing. I left happy and it didn't take the entire day. Toyota has even fixed the chipped window and antenna without a hassle or charge. (I did purchase the warranty I was offered). I will return again. This was the second car I purchased at this dealership. More

Poor Customer Service Horrible customer service and sales experience. My father purchased a new Tacoma and did not think to look under the truck for a spare tire as it was Horrible customer service and sales experience. My father purchased a new Tacoma and did not think to look under the truck for a spare tire as it was a new truck. 1 week later the truck went into Toyota of Greensburg for rust proofing. After he picked up the truck, we looked under the truck to see how the rust proofing looked and realized that there was no spare tire under the truck. We then called Toyota of Greensburg thinking that the spare tire was possible removed for rust proofing and then not put back under the truck. However they advised that they do not remove the spare tire for rust proofing. After further review, it appears that the truck was sold to my father without a spare tire. We first tried to reach out to the sales person that sold my father the truck and left him a message to return our call regarding this issue. After many passing days, no call was returned which resulted in us reaching back out to Toyota of Greensburg in which we were notified that the sales person received our message and decided to pass the issue to service with no follow up call back to us advising that he was passing the issue to service (it was clear that the sales person had his sale and now did not want to be bothered by any of our concerns. Note: not the proper way to operate a respected business). After additional calls with managers, one manager was respectful and decided to ask the employees that take the new vehicles off of the arriving delivery trucks if they check for spare tires when the vehicles come off of the delivery trucks. This manager called us back and advised that the employees that preform this function advised that they do not check for spare tires and that they probably should from now on. This manager then reached out to the service manager and advised them to call us. This service manager called us and to our surprise advised that all vehicles are checked for a spare tire when they are taken off the delivery truck. We asked the service manager if he preforms this function himself to which he advised that he does not, his employees do (note: the employees that advised that they do not actually check for spare tires). At this point, we advised the sales manager that the previous manager that spoke with the employees that inspect the vehicles on arrival were told from the employees that preform this inspection process do not check for spare tires. The service manager then suggested that the tire must have been stollen, however my father had the truck for only 1 week and all hardware under the truck that hold the spare tire in place is not damaged, tampered with any way. and is fully wound up under the vehicle in proper fashion. The evidence appears to show that the truck was sold to my father with no spare tire and unfortunately we were treated with great disrespect and horrible customer service at this dealership. We will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership ever again and always spread the word when speaking to others about the poor experience we had and to never go to Toyota of Greensburg. More
