Ian was very knowledgeable about Toyota cars in the features / options. I wanted a car that had everything, fully loaded. I didn't want no less. Ian was only interested in making sure that I got exactly what I wanted and he wasn't going to let me settle for any less than what he knew that I deserved and what I wanted. I did buy beautiful 2019 Toyota Avalon. I still keep in contact with him and he helps me with any questions that I have about this car. If I have a problem, I call Ian and he is more than willing to help me and I don't think he would have it any other way. I recommend Rice Toyota for anyone and everyone. More
