Oil Change and Tire Rotation $80.00 is way too steep for a regular oil change plus tire rotation. Dishonest service I have to say that I can no longer recommend Rice Toyota. I have purchased at least 4 cars from here over the years. I have generally had them service I have to say that I can no longer recommend Rice Toyota. I have purchased at least 4 cars from here over the years. I have generally had them serviced there when I have lived in Greensboro. In January of 2017 I purchased a certified pre-owned Corolla. In January 2018 just prior to the one year warranty expiring I brought it in, and mentioned that when I was braking the steering wheel would shake. Chase was my service advisor that day. He called me to let me know that it appeared that new brake pads had been put on old rotors, and that I needed to have my rotors and pads replaced. When I mentioned that the car was still under warranty and was a certified pre-owned car he said he would speak with the manager about getting this covered. He called me back a while later to let me know that this was covered under the warranty, and they would be replacing all of the pads and rotors for me at no cost. He informed me that my car would be ready later that evening. I picked up my car, and went about my life. However, the steering wheel continued to shake while braking. I spoke with a friend as I thought maybe this was just a Corolla issue. It isn’t. He asked me to bring the car into Rice Toyota and they would look at it. When I brought it in they found that there were no new pads and rotors on the car. In addition, Chase had never documented in my file that I had complained of a braking issue or that they were doing a warranty repair for me at the time. So, now it is my word against Chase’s. The service manager will not replace the rotors and pads for me. He told me that they would machine the rotors, but replacement would be at my cost. So, there are multiple issues here. This was a certified pre-owned vehicle, so the reality is that if they had inspected it properly and verified all service records (as to be expected with a certified pre-owned vehicle, then this should have never been an issue. They found their mistake, and verbally offered to correct it. They lied about that, and then Chase falsified the documentation of my vehicle records to make it appear that this never happened. I am really shocked, but maybe I am just naive. I have put a lot of trust into Rice Toyota over the years. Not only will I never be back there for service, but I won’t be buying a car there every again. More

They never gave up I have been to many dealerships either with my parents buying or myself trying to buy. The experience I had today was above and beyond anything I coul I have been to many dealerships either with my parents buying or myself trying to buy. They worked for days with the bank and finally put me into an amazing car! I can’t say enough great things about everyone there!
