Got my RAV4 service yesterday May 4. I only have 43 thousand miles on my vehicle. By the way it's a 2015 model. No doubt that this place ripped people off. A great car buying experience We were very pleased with our overall experience. We found the website to be very helpful. We were actually able to pick out the very car we wanted We were very pleased with our overall experience. We found the website to be very helpful. When we called to speak to a representative about the car we were fortunate to speak to one of the owners. Andy could not have been more customer friendly. He offered to bring the car to us for a test drive....and we live in Virginia! We declined that offer but I asked him if he would personally look at the car and be sure the photos were a true representation of the vehicle. He went to the vehicle and called me back to offer to use his cellphone camera to allow me to view it with him. When we came to Greensboro the following day we met with Mo Sayed. Mo was amazing as he spoke with us about the vehicle. He had the car ready for a test drive, got in with us to explain certain features and told us to enjoy the drive. We returned from the test drive and proceeded with the purchase. Again, Mo was very professional in handling the details of the transaction as well as offering coffee or bottled water for our convenience. Andy came over and spoke to us as well to be sure the car was exactly what we were hoping it would be. As we prepared to leave, Mo came to the car again and answered all questions about the car and even helped me get bluetooth set up before we started the trip back to Virginia. I was unhappy with my last experience there for state inspection as they charged me with a non-required tint inspection claiming that I had requested it when I had not done so.
