Saw a RAV4 that I wanted to buy. Of course, that 2015 RAV4 had high miles...I felt the price was too steep for that SUV. Went there to test drive it. I was greeted by a receptionist (she was VERY nice to me). She put me in with Carrie. Told her I only wanted to test drive the car. Liked it a lot. Asked her to see if she can bring the price down. After a few days of no contact (it is ok because she warned me ahead of time). Got an email from Sarah Crump, who keep advertising Toyotathon (I don't mind the emails), she told me the sales manager would not bring it down. He (assuming it is a he) wanted 15K out of the door. The price was definitely a ripoff because I could easily found one for less. Told Sarah on the email I have to move on, but still got emails from her and Ashley bout advertising. Oh well. Missed opportunity. The rating is that low because of the refusal of the sales manager to reduce the price of that RAV4 (despite the KBB value for that exact RAV4 was way less than that) The women (Carrie, Sarah, Ashley and the receptionist) all got 5 stars from me for what they do. I'd still recommend Rice Toyota, but make sure you do your research first on the price of a Toyota and then compare that price with other Toyota dealerships before you ever go in there. More

When we went to the dealership on Sunday, we really were just there to look and were actively avoiding salespeople but Jeremy caught us and obviously did his job well as we left with a 2020 Camry. He offered quite a bit of great info that helped us make a final decision. Marc also was very helpful. We feel the customer service will be better with Toyota than Dodge (where we last purchased a vehicle) just from our experience buying a Camry and we hope that positive relationship continues. More
