My wife and I were hesitant to go buy a vehicle from a big dealership. From the moment we met Carl Saconn, he was amazing. Absolutely, not your typical salesmen. He said come up and take it for a spin. We got there and the Camry was in the front of the showroom, started and ready to go. We got in the vehicle drove it around the block and my wife said this is the one. Just like that we found our new to us used car in excellent condition!!! Carl was busy that day and we were in a rush ,so we decided to come back and get it the next morning. Everything was ready to go, we were in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. Our sales-person Ryan was awesome! He was extremely patient and took the time to provide answers to all of our questions. Initially, we weren’t dead set on buying that day and were really just doing some reconnaissance on a couple of different cars we were interested in but Ryan made us so comfortable we were encouraged to pull the trigger. Marcus from the finance department was a pleasure to deal with as well and we ended up buying an extended warranty for the first time ever based on his explanation of benefits.
