My wife and I were hesitant to go buy a vehicle from a big dealership. From the moment we met Carl Saconn, he was amazing. Absolutely, not your typical salesmen. When we left my wife told me, we are going to buy a car from Carl, we just have to find the right one. The next day, I spoke with Carl about a 2016 Toyota Camry. He said come up and take it for a spin. We got there and the Camry was in the front of the showroom, started and ready to go. We got in the vehicle drove it around the block and my wife said this is the one. Just like that we found our new to us used car in excellent condition!!! Carl was busy that day and we were in a rush ,so we decided to come back and get it the next morning. Everything was ready to go, we were in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. Initially, we weren’t dead set on buying that day and were really just doing some reconnaissance on a couple of different cars we were interested in but Ryan made us so comfortable we were encouraged to pull the trigger. Marcus from the finance department was a pleasure to deal with as well and we ended up buying an extended warranty for the first time ever based on his explanation of benefits.
