Overall, it was a professional experience. Too much emphasis on Covid-19 protections. We are all adults and fully aware of where the world is with a tolerance for maskless protestors yet, forced Covid- emphasis on Covid-19 protections. We are all adults and fully aware of where the world is with a tolerance for maskless protestors yet, forced Covid-19 requirements for everyone else. We can make our own health decisions. I did not appreciate someone telling me that I needed to wear a mask while entering Toyota while I was drinking something! I can read the signs. The governments job is to protect our constitutional rights not monitor our health. Toyota's job is to service our cars not "watch" us and monitor us as Health Department Officials since they are not representing the Health Department. There was also minimal customer service. It WAS professional but, not overly friendly as it has been in the past. I kept asking for discounts - no offers to assist. Mr. Davey finally matched the oil change coupons from Orange and Corona Toyotas. Just simply missing the extra customer service. This is constructive criticism and not a complaint. More

This was a periodic (scheduled) oil change for a 2001 Toyota Tundra SR5 pickup truck. It’s still running extremely well after over 320K miles.
