Expert Care and courteous service. The service representative, Phillip Thai was very knowledgeable and gave me expert advice on current and upcoming maintenance for my Camry Hybrid. Brandyn Gomez assisted me on the status of my vehicle and surprised me with a car wash when I was concerned about wait times. The manager, and foreman, Louie Miramontes was quick to identify issues in the workflow, assess the status of my vehicle, and have it brought out to me within 10 minutes of me requesting a status update on my vehicle. Overall I was impressed with the service department, and plan to drive the added hour distance to this dealership for their excellent customer service and astuteness in regard to my vehicle's needs.
