I purchased a hybrid Prius at this dealer and I get regular oil change service there as well. Every time they try to upsell their services, and this last time service representative Phil Thai said it’s regular oil change service there as well. Every time they try to upsell their services, and this last time service representative Phil Thai said it’s recommended that my vehicle gets transmission oil change, “hybrid Prius” does not have a transmission, he also said my front tires are completely bold and they should be replaced right away, also not-true, on top of all that crooked business, they damaged the inside of my vehicle, the phone holder was moved and place back in the wrong way, when they closed the door they damaged ripped the dashboard and the door interior.
