My service associate Genaro Milan for the past 18 years met me when I arrived. He set up my service for oil change and tune up.. I was in and out in 1 1/2 hours. Faster than I expected. I have been going to this dealership since 2013 for my Toyota RV4 and the service has been very good. This last time I went I waited for about 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation which was quite Toyota RV4 and the service has been very good. Have been going to this dealership for service. The last 2 times I've been there, they forgot to call me that my vehicle was ready for pick up on the promised time.
